Who We Are

The Christian fellowship at Garfield Gospel Chapel is a local evangelical church that is both self-­supporting and self­-governing. It has no denominational affiliation, but it maintains contact with hundreds of similar groups throughout the world.

The basis of our fellowship is a common personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We accept the Bible as having authority over us as individuals and as an assembly. It is all­-sufficient to make known God's plan for our salvation and shape our lives.

Our meetings, government, and principles of behavior are a conscious effort to apply Scripture as we believe it was applied in the early days of the New Testament Church.

Announcements

• There's a ladies' Bible study on Monday nights at 7:00PM, covering the book "Encouraging One Another".
• All are invited to join us and partake in a meal after the Family Bible Hour on April 14.
• We are planning to host a conference during the weekend of April 12, with guest speaker Christoper Mattix.
• There will be a Ladies' Retreat at Southwest Bible Camp during the weekend of April 19. Janie Lennox will be speaking on "Healthy Pathways - Discovering Spiritual and Physical Wellness".
